In total, approximately 900 to 950 residential units will be built, and plans are also underway for playgrounds, recreational options, and facilities for children and young people. The goal is to develop a sustainable neighborhood with a “Berlin mix” of residents and active citizen participation in the planning process.

By utilizing updated BIM models, visualization and monitoring of water supply, electricity, and sanitation systems are made easier. These BIM modeling services enable more precise planning of utilities and facilitate early detection of potential issues or maintenance needs, contributing to the efficient and sustainable operation of the neighborhood.
